DailyJokes Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern DailyJokes (“the app”), operated by Roantree Developments (“the developer”, “we”, “our”).
What DailyJokes is
DailyJokes is an automated service that selects a joke, generates a short video from it (captions, synthesized voice-over, and background imagery), and publishes it to the DailyJokes YouTube channel on a daily schedule.
Acceptable use
DailyJokes connects only to a YouTube channel owned by the developer. It is not a multi-tenant service, and does not currently offer accounts or access to other users. If this changes in the future, these terms will be updated to reflect the permissions granted by and obligations owed to other users.
Content
Jokes are sourced from publicly available joke APIs and, where used, publicly shared content, with attribution included in video descriptions where applicable. Background images are sourced under licenses that permit this use. If you believe any published content infringes your rights, contact us using the details below and we will review and remove it promptly.
No warranty
THE SOFTWARE AND SERVICE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE, THE SERVICE, OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN EITHER.
Changes to the service or these terms
The developer may change, suspend, or discontinue DailyJokes at any time. If these terms change materially, the date above will be updated.
